From Capital Heights, Maryland, Henry "Sugar Pooh" Buchanan's
fighting is "sweet like a honey glazed ham." The
aggressive-minded boxer puncher is stylish and supremely
confident. Henry continues to impress industry experts with his
power, good uppercut from the inside, and ability to slip

Born in South Carolina, Buchanan received his nickname from his
Mom who called him "Pooh" growing up. "Sugar" was added in
reverence to his idols Sugar Ray Leonard and Sugar Ray Robinson.
