UFC 4: Revenge of the Warriors was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on December 16, 1994, at the Expo Center Pavilion in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The event was seen live on pay per view, and later released on home video. UFC 4 used an eight-man tournament format, with the winner receiving $64,000. The event also featured three alternate fights. All seven tournament fights were shown on the live pay-per-view broadcast, as well as the Jason Fairn vs. Guy Mezger alternate fight. The tournament had no weight classes or weight limits. Fights had no round delimiters, and so all are listed as first round victories. Each match had no time limit or rounds, therefore no judges were used for the night. The referee for the night was 'Big' John McCarthy. Royce Gracie won the event by defeating Dan Severn with a triangle choke.

Play-by-play announcer Bruce Beck and Color commentator Jeff Blatnick were paired together for the first time on the pay-per-view and would become the regular commentary team on UFC broadcasts up to and including UFC 15. They were joined by regular contributor Jim Brown.

• Quarterfinal bout: Royce Gracie vs. Ron van Clief
  Gracie wins by submission (rear naked choke) at 3:39 of the first round. Van Clief, at 51 years old is the oldest ever competitor in the UFC. Van Clief also appears in the UFC 5, as the commisioner of the IFC! (international fighting council) which is the sanctioning body for this tournament.
• Quarterfinal bout: Keith Hackney vs. Joe Son
  Hackney wins by submission at 2:44 of the first round. Before the fight, Joe Son carried a large cross on his back to the octogan (much like Kimo at the previous UFC event). The commentators noted that Hackney used several punches to the groin area which would now result in a disqualification in a UFC bout. It is unclear if Son submitted due to an attempted one-arm choke by Hackney or the accumulation of several punches to the groin
• Quarterfinal bout: Steve Jennum vs. Melton Bowen
  The match begn with both fighters trying to get a feel for one anothers style. Bowen, being a boxer, didnt want to get caught with a takedown. After a few minutes Bowen missed with a hook and was pushed up against the cage. Bowen landed multiple blows to Jennums face but was taken down. On the ground Bowen threw unaffective body and face strikes, while Steve Jennum caught Bowen with vicious punches to the face. Bowen was able to get back to his feet and landed an uppercut. After being taken down again Bowen threw a few more punches but was forced to submit to Jennums armbar.
• Quarterfinal bout: Dan Severn vs. Anthony Macias
  Severn wins by submission (rear naked choke) at 1:45 of the first round. The ring announcer announced Macias as the 'home town fighter' since he was from Oklahoma City.
• Semifinal bout: Royce Gracie vs. Keith Hackney
  Gracie wins by submission (armbar) at 5:34 of the first round.
• Semifinal bout: Dan Severn vs. Marcus Bossett
  Severn wins by submission (rear naked choke) at 0:52 of the first round. Bossett replaced Steve Jennum.
• Final bout: Royce Gracie vs. Dan Severn
  Gracie wins by submission at 15:49 of the first round. At the time, this match was the longest match in UFC history. Severn held the 'dominant' on-top position for most of the fight but could not find a way to win. Gracie was eventually able to expose one of Severn's arm an employ a submission, with his own legs around the head and neck of Severn. It is unclear whether Severn submitted due to the arm extension or the pressure around his neck.
