Judgment Day started up with a video package highlighting the big matches of the night (the Undertaker vs. the Great Khali, the King of the Ring finals, and the World Heavyweight Championship match).

The pyros went off in the U.S. Airway Center in Pheonix, Arizona as Michael Cole and Tazz welcomed us to the show.  Hugo Savinovich and Carlos Carbrera welcomed the Spanish viewers to the show before MNM came down to their ring to start the match.  Brian Kendrick and Paul London ran down to the ring wearing odd masks to start the WWE Tag Team Championship match.

WWE Tag Team Championship Normal Tag Team Match
MNM (c) vs. Brian Kendrick & Paul London

London and Johnny Nitro started the match up as they grappled up in the center of the ring.  Nitro powered London to the corner, but the referee forced him to give a clean break.  He shoved London, but London shoved him back.  They grappled up again, but this time Nitro hit a bodyslam onto London.  Joey Mercury came into the ring and they mocked the challengers before leaving the ring.  London applied a side-headlock, followed by a armbar takedown.  He tagged in Kendrick, who went off the top turnbuckle and hit a diving double sledge.  He tagged in London, who did the same move as Kendrick.  He tagged Kendrick back in and he went for the pin, but Nitro kicked out.  Nitro was able to get the tag to Mercury, but he came into a hip toss by Kendrick.  Kendrick went for the pin, but Mercury kicked out.  Mercury bounced off the ropes and missed a big boot, which allowed Kendrick to hit an armbar takedown.  He tagged in London as they double-teamed Mercury with a double-shoulder block and double-elbow drop.  Mercury and Nitro left the ring to regroup, but London vaulted his partner out of the ring onto their opponent.  Kendrick brought Mercury into the ring and London attempted a diving cross-body, but Mercury dodged the move.  Nitro came into the ring and they hit a double-gutbuster onto London.  They distracted the referee as Melina choked London with a headscissors.  Mercury went for the pin, but London kicked out.  He whipped London off the ropes and they both hit shoulder blocks onto each other.  London got the tag to Kendrick as Mercury got the tag to Nitro.  Nitro was able to choke Kendrick on the top rope, followed by Mercury picking him up.  They hit the snapshot onto Kendrick and Nitro went for the pin, but London made the save.  The referee got London out of the ring and Nitro went for the pin again, but Kendrick kicked out on his own.  Nitro attempted a suplex, but Kendrick reversed that into a small package.  Mercury distracted the referee, so the pin wasn't counted.  Nitro tagged in Mercury, who hit a vertical suplex.  He went for the pin, but Kendrick kicked out.  He attempted the pin two more times, but too no avail.  He tossed Mercury out of the ring and London inadvertantly distracted the referee, and that allowed Melina to stomp on Kendrick.  Nitro tossed him back into the ring and Mercury locked in a modified STF, but Kendrick fought out of it.  He tagged in Nitro, who went for the pin, but Kendrick kicked out.  Mercury held his foot up and Nitro sent Kendrick's head into his partner's boot.  He tagged in Mercury, who locked in a rear-naked choke.  Kendrick got back to his feet and elbowed out of the hold and was able to send Mercury's head into the turnbuckle.  He took down Nitro and finally got the tag to London.  London cleaned house and took down both Mercury and Nitro.  He ran at Mercury in the corner, but Mercury got his boot up.  They attempted to double-team him, but London hit a clothesline, taking them both down.  He hit a roll-up onto Mercury, but Mercury kicked out.  He put Nitro on the apron and hit a dropsault, sending him off the apron.  London landed on Mercury and went for the pin, but Melina came into the ring and screamed at the referee.  Mercury was able to roll-up London and Nitro held onto his boot, but London was still able to kick out.  Nitro came back into the ring, but Kendrick took him out of it.  He vaulted himself out of the ring, but Nitro dodged the move.  Nitro stepped onto the apron and held London, but when Mercury attempted a cheap shot, London ducked and Mercury punched his partner off the apron.  London came from behind and hit a roll-up bridge onto Mercury for the victory and the championships!

Winners by pinfall and the new WWE Tag Team Champions: Brian Kendrick & Paul London

After the match, Melina came into the ring and yelled at Mercury.  She told him that it was all his fault and gave him a sharp slap.  He grabbed the wrist of Melina, but Nitro slammed him down to the mat and unleashed a fury of right hands.  Mercury reversed the position and hammered away at Nitro with right hands.  Melina hit a spinning kick to the head of Mercury before they both started choking their former partner.  They left the ring, but Mercury came from behind and continued the fight.  Theodore R. Long and several referees came down to the ring to attempt to break up the fight.  Long was pushed to the ground as they continued to fight.  Mercury finally made his way up the entrance ramp as Nitro and Melina looked on.

Michael Cole and Tazz remind us of the King of the Ring finals tonight as Booker T and Bobby Lashley fight for that prestigious title.  We see a video from 1993 when Bret Hart defeated Big Boss Man (I think that's who it was) to win the first-ever King of the Ring tournament.

Chris Benoit made his way down to the ring for the next match-up.  Finlay came down to the ring with his shillelagh as we saw some footage of SmackDown! three weeks ago when Finlay defeated Benoit to advance into the King of the Ring tournament (he was later eliminated by Bobby Lashley).

Singles Match
Chris Benoit vs. Finlay

They grappled up and Finlay powered Benoit to the corner.  The referee forced Finlay to give a clean break, and he did.  They grappled up again and this time Benoit powered Finlay to the corner.  Finlay and Benoit kept the grapple locked up as they forced each other out of the ring.  They finally broke the hold and made their way back into the ring.  They had a stare down before Benoit quickly took Finlay down and went for the sharpshooter.  He couldn't get the move locked in and Finlay reversed it.  Benoit reversed Finlay's move and locked in a side-headlock.  Finlay got back to his feet, but Benoit hit a side-headlock takedown.  Finlay reversed that into a pin, but Benoit kicked out at one and kept the hold locked in.  Finlay attempted the pin again, but Benoit kicked out and broke the hold.  Finlay backed away to the corner and told the referee that he got something in his eye.  He used the referee as a shield before hitting a forearm to the face of Benoit.  He hit a european-uppercut, but Benoit came back with a knife-edge chop.  Finlay retaliated by locking in a rear-naked choke.  Benoit got back to his feet, but Finlay hit a snapmere takedown and went for the pin, but Benoit kicked out.  Benoit got back to his feet and started fighting back with a series of sharp knees to the chest of Finlay.  He hit a backbreaker and locked in the rear-naked choke.  Benoit ditched the move and hit a crucifix pin, but Finlay got his boots on the ropes.  Finlay thumbed Benoit in the eye, followed by a vicious clothesline.  He went for a pin, but Benoit kicked out.  He kneed Benoit in the shoulder area before going for the pin again, but Benoit kicked out.  Finlay locked in the criss-cross choke, but Benoit got back to his feet and hit an arm-whip.  He bounced off the ropes and went for the running elbow drop, but Finlay rolled out of the way.  Benoit dodged a clothesline and hit his three german suplexes.  Benoit went to the top turnbuckle and went for the diving headbutt, but Finlay rolled out of the way at the last second.  Benoit got a kick by Finlay and went for the sharpshooter again, but Finlay powered him out.  Finlay rolled out of the ring and grabbed a steel chair, but when he was able to enter the ring, Benoit hit a baseball slide, sending the chair right into the chest and wrist of Finlay.  Benoit tossed him back into the ring and went to the top turnbuckle.  He successfully hit the diving headbutt and went for the pin, but Finlay kicked out at two.  Finlay got back to a vertical base and hit a clothesline to the back of Benoit's head.  He went for the pin, but Benoit got the bottom rope with his hand.  He left the ring and hammered away at the throat of Benoit.  He came back into the ring and hit a sharp european-uppercut.  He stomped on the chest of Benoit, followed by a butt-press.  He went for the pin, but Benoit kicked out.  He hit an elbow drop and locked in a hammerlock submission hold.  He brought Benoit back to his feet and clubbed at the back of his head.  Benoit attempted to fight back with right hands, but Finlay slammed him down to the mat and drove his knee into the chest of Benoit several times.  He placed Benoit in the corner and hit a running shoulder block.  He hit another vicious clothesline and went for the pin, but Benoit kicked out.  He locked in a submission hold, but Benoit got back to his feet and hit two german suplexes.  Finlay battled out of the third attempt and hit several headbutts, but Benoit nailed him with an enziguri.  Finlay rolled out of the ring and grabbed his shillelagh, but when he attempted to smash Benoit's head in with it, Benoit ducked and hit a german suplex onto the thin mat.  Benoit rolled back into the ring, but when Finlay stepped onto the apron, Benoit hit a series of knees to the midsection and suplexed him into the ring.  He kept the hold locked in and hit the Three Amigos.  He stepped onto the apron, but Finlay got back to his feet and pushed him off the apron.  Benoit's head viciously hit the steel barricade as Finlay left the ring.  He drove Benoit kidney-first into the barricade before sending him back into the ring.  Finlay shoved Benoit shoulder-first into the steel post.  He went for another clothesline, but Benoit caught Finlay's arm and locked in the Crippler Crossface and Finlay quickly tapped out!

Winner by submission: Chris Benoit

We see a video of the new WrestleMania 22 DVD, which is available next Tuesday.

The camera went to Jillian Hall, who was tying up her boots.  We are shown some footage of SmackDown! last month when Jillian and Melina fought in the make-up room.  Jillian made her way down to the ring for the next match.  Melina and Johnny Nitro came down to the ring, but the referee quickly kicked Nitro out of the arena.

Singles Match
Jillian Hall vs. Melina

Jillian quickly hit a series of right hands before jumping onto her.  She hammered away at Melina's head with several right hands taking her out of the ring.  She vaulted herself out of the ring and sent Melina's head into the steel barricade.  Melina was able to push Jillian away and tossed her into the steel steps.  Back in the ring, Melina choked Jillian on the bottom rope.  She hit a snapmere takedown before locking a rear-naked choke with the bodyscissors locked in.  Jillian reversed that into a pin, but Melina quickly kicked out.  With both women back to their feet, Melina bounced off the ropes and hit a spinning sideslam.  She went for the pin, but Jillian kicked out.  Melina went to the top turnbuckle and launched off of it, but Jillian got her knees up.  Jillian sat on the top turnbuckle, but when Melina ran at her, Jillian rolled her up for the pin.  Melina's hands were on the bottom rope, but the referee still coutned the victory!

Winner by pinfall: Jillian Hall

Melina screamed at the referee for not counting the rope-break, but the referee ignored her.  Jillian went backstage as Kristal confronted Melina.  She asked her why Melina was losing so much tonight, but Melina replied by calling her a bitch.  They started brawling as the referee broke them up.

John "Bradshaw" Layfield is backstage and told the audience that Rey Mysterio fought Mark Henry, the Great Khali, and Kane, but lost every match.  He turned his attention to Chavo Guerrero.  Guerrero told him that he is here to support his friend, Mysterio.  JBL reminded him of his victory over Eddie Guerrero in 2004, but Chavo replied by telling him that he has to stop living in the past and live for tonight.  He did Eddie's "Viva La Raza" chant before the camera went to the next match.

Gregory Helms made his way down to the ring for his championship defense.  Super Crazy came down to the ring to start the match.

Cruiserweight Championship Singles Match

Super Crazy quickly went for the cover, but Helms kicked out.  He attempted two more pins, but Helms kicked out at both.  He was able to take Helms out of the ring and dived over the referee out of the ring onto Helms.  He tossed Helms back into the ring and went for the ten mounted punches, but Helms picked him up and hung him on the top rope.  He hit the running neckbreaker and the pin, but Super Crazy kicked out.  He hit another neckbreaker and the pin again, but Super Crazy kicked out.  He locked in a rear-naked choke, but Super Crazy got back to his feet and elbowed out of the hold.  Helms didn't stop the offensive though and nailed him with a clothesline from behind.  He locked in anothe rear-naked choke, but Super Crazy got back to his feet and elbowed out of hold.  He bounced off the ropes, but Helms locked in a sleeper-hold.  Super Crazy quickly reversed that into a roll-up, but Helms kicked out.  He went to the top turnbuckle and jumped off of it and caught the boot that Super Crazy lifted up.  He went for an elbow drop, but Super Crazy dodged it.  He hit a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker onto Helms, followed by a standing dropkick.  He hit the standing moonsault and went to the top turnbuckle.  He hit a missile dropkick and went back to the top turnbuckle.  He missed a diving moonsault, but was also able to dodge the Shining Wizard by Helms.  He hit a spinning heel kick to the head of Helms, but Helms came back with a neckbreaker.  He hit a roll-up, but Super Crazy kicked out.  He ran at Super Crazy at the corner and hit a clothesline.  He went to the second turnbuckle and hit a bulldog.  He rolled up Super Crazy and put his hands on the ropes for extra leverage and the victory!

Winner by pinfall and still the Cruiserweight Champion: Gregory Helms

Melina and Johnny Nitro stormed into the office of Theodore R. Long and yelled at him about their predicament.  Long told them that he wasn't planning on doing anything about it.  Melina slapped him, but Long told her that she was fired!  Nitro yelled at him, but Long fired him too!

We are shown another video from past King of the Ring tournaments, and this time it was 2000 when Kurt Angle won the tournament.

Mark Henry came down to the ring and tore apart everything on the announcer's table.  He grabbed a microphone and entered the ring.  He told the audience that he hurts people.  Batista got hurt, and where is he?  Gone!  He knew Kurt Angle wasn't 100%, so tonight it will be all over.  Henry tossed the microphone out of the ring as Angle's music started up.  Angle came down to the ring to start the match.

Winner by count-out: Mark Henry

He celebrated his victory, but quickly left the ring to attack Angle.  Angle fought back with several right hands.  He grabbed a steel chair and unleashed a fury of smashes over the leg and back of Henry.  He locked in the ankle lock, but several referees and agents broke them up.  Angle broke free and dodged a clothesline by Henry.  He hit the Angle Slam onto Henry, sending him onto the announcer's table.  He grabbed the chair and smashed it over the head of Henry, sending him crashing through the table.  He walked up the ramp and yelled at Henry, telling him that nobody can stop Angle.

Booker T and Sharmell were in their locker room as Sharmell told her husband that tonight he will become the King of the Ring.  He will become the greatest king the world has ever seen.  Better than King Arthur and Martin Luther King!  They kissed as Booker T once again called him King Booker.

We see a video package of the history of the King of the Ring and all of its previous kings.  It went through the highlights of this year's King of the Ring tournament.  Booker T and Sharmell made their way down to the ring for the King of the Ring finals (he admired the cape at the top of the entrance ramp on his way down).  Bobby Lashley came down to the ring to start the match.

Winner by pinfall and the 2006 King of the Ring: Booker T

Booker T and Sharmell celebrated up the apron.  Booker T sat down on the throne, but Lashley charged up the ramp and speared him through it.  He went backstage as Booker T screamed in pain (Sharmell screamed more, though).

Winner by pinfall: Great Khali

We are shown a video package of the John "Bradshaw" Layfield and Rey Mysterio saga during the past couple of weeks.  JBL made his way down to the ring for tonight's main event.  Rey Mysterio came down to the ring for his title defense.
