There will be no quarterback changes in Toronto and Winnipeg this week.

Toronto’s Kerry Joseph and Winnipeg’s Kevin Glenn will both remain under centre despite their teams’ struggles coming out of the gate.

The Bombers and Argos were both expected to be the teams to beat in the East Division this year. However, after downing Winnipeg in the season opener, the Argos have dropped two straight to sit tied with Hamilton for third in the East with 1-2 records. The Bombers, who won the division last year, are last at 0-3.

Of concern in Toronto, though, is the play of the club’s defence. The Argos, who were ranked first overall in the CFL last year, have given up 79 points and over 400 yards rushing in their last two games.

Glenn has completed over 60 per cent of his passes this year, but has just one TD pass compared to five interceptions. Joseph, last year’s CFL MVP acquired from Saskatchewan in the off-season, has completed just 59 per cent of his passes in three starts for Toronto and has more interceptions (three) than TD tosses (two).

And after rushing for over 700 yards last year, Joseph has run for just 53 yards in three contests with the Argos.

Winnipeg is at B.C. on Friday night while Toronto hosts Edmonton on Sunday.
