Jeremy Borash went to Gail Kim and Miss Jackie, who were arguing.  AMW came up to them and told Gail that they have a title match next, and they wanted Gail to keep Jackie straight.  James Storm smashed a beer bottle on the ground before they left.

iMPACT! started up with AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels making their way down to the ring for the NWA Tag Team Championship match.  The champions, AMW, came down to the ring with Gail Kim and Miss Jackie.

AMW went right for the attack as Chris Harris told Daniels out of the ring and into the steel barricade.  They stomped on Styles back in the ring, but they missed a clothesline and Daniels connected with a diving clothesline onto both men.  They tossed AMW out of the ring as we cut to commercial.

Commercial

Storm tossed Styles off the ropes, but Styles retaliated with a standing-dropkick.  He placed Storm in the corner and tagged in Daniels.  Daniels dodged a clothesline and drove his knees into Storm’s chest.  Storm got the tag to Harris, who hit a vertical-suplex onto Daniels.  He tagged in Storm and they hit an interesting double-team maneuver.  He hit a knife-edge chop and several uppercuts, followed by an inverted atomic drop and clothesline.  He tagged in Harris, who went for the pin, but Styles broke it up.  He tagged in Storm who pulled on the mouth of Daniels, followed by driving his knee into the chest of Daniels and the pin, but Daniels kicked out.  Storm tagged in Harris, who hit the inverted atomic drop, but Daniels retaliated with a right hand.  He tagged in Styles as Harris tagged in Storm.  Styles cleaned house with clotheslines and taking Harris out of the ring.  He picked Storm up in a torture rack  before hitting a huge spinning powerbomb.  He went for the pin, but Harris pulled the referee out of the ring.  Daniels hit a suicide-dive onto Harris outside the ring as Gail got onto the shoulders of Styles for the hurricanrana, but Styles caught her and was about to hit the Styles’ Clash on her before Storm hit a super-kick to his head.  This allowed Gail to hit her hurricanrana and Storm gets the pin!

Winners by pinfall and still the NWA Tag Team Champions: AMW

Team Canada made their way down to the ring (with the returning Johnny Devine) to face Team Mexico.

Normal Tag Team Match

Team Canada (/w Scott D’Amore) vs. Team Mexico

Shocker and Eric Young started the match up as Alex Shelley came down to the ring with the “Shelley-Cam.”  Young quickly tagged in Devine before leaving the ring.  Shocker tagged in Magno, who hit an arm-drag onto Devine.  He grabbed the wrist of Devine and tossed him across the ring.  Devine came back with several elbows to the back.  He tagged in Young, who hit a shoulder-block and the pin, but Magno kicked out.  He put Magno in the corner and tagged in Devine.  Devine hit a body-slam and the pin, but Magno kicked out.  Magno crawled away from him and hit a standing-dropkick, followed by tagging in Shocker.  He missed the 619 (don’t know the real name of the move), but hit a power-slam.  He went for the pin, but Devine kicked out.  Devine tagged in Young, but they both received dropkicks by Team Mexico.  Young and Devine rolled out of the ring, but Magno and Shocker both hit suicide-dives onto them.  They got back into the ring and Devine hit a spinning side-slam and the pin, but Shocker kicked out.  Shocker rolled up Devine for the victory!

Winners by pinfall: Team Mexico

The camera switched to Mike Tenay, Don West, and Larry Zbyszko.  Zbyszko told them that at Sacrifice, there will be a rematch between AMW and Styles and Daniels.  Raven came from the crowd and chased him around the ring before we cut to commercial.

Commercial

Jeff Jarrett and Scott Steiner came down to the ring.  Sting quickly made his way down to the ring.  He told Jarrett that he only has one choice tonight, but Jarrett told him to show up at Sacrifice with his partner.  Music started up, and Jarrett and Steiner have to choose whether they can accept the opponent or wait until next week.  Jarrett told Sting that he denies the opponent and is going to wait until next week.  Sting told Christy Hemme (who was on the entrance ramp) led Sting’s now-void partner down to the ring, and that man is Rick Steiner (Scott’s brother)!  Jarrett and Scott quickly left the ring, but now Rick is not the partner for Sting and we have to wait until next week.

The camera went to Alex Shelley’s interview with Kevin Nash, who showed us a graph showing that he was the most profitable wrestler in the 1990s.  He complimented himself before the “to be continued” sign appeared.

Alex Shelley came down to the ring for tonight’s main event.  Christian Cage made his way down to the ring to start the match.

Singles Match

Alex Shelley vs. Christian Cage

Cage slapped Shelley before spearing him to the mat and unleashing a fury of right hands.  He picked Shelley up, bounced him off the ropes, and hit a clothesline.  He placed Shelley in the corner and hit several knife-edge chops before sending his head into another turnbuckle.  He whipped Shelley to the corner and attempted a back-suplex, but Shelley flipped out of it.  He turned around and hit a clothesline onto Shelley.  He hung Shelley on the top rope and hit a reverse DDT onto the apron.  He drilled Shelley into the steel barricade.  He took a chair and placed Shelley on it.  He grabbed Shelley’s camera and told Mike Tenay and Don West that he is filming a documentary of his own, and he’s calling it “boot to the skull.”  He kicked Shelley right in the head as we go to commercial.

Commercial

Cage whipped Shelley off the ropes, missed a clothesline, but hit a flying-forearm.  He went for the pin, but Shelley kicked out.  Shelley retaliated with a right hand and the body-scissors, but Cage slammed him down to the mat.  He went for the pin but Shelley kicked out.  Shelley poked the eye of Cage and hit a drop toe-hold, sending him head-first into the second turnbuckle.  He hit a dropkick to the back of Cage, sending him out of the ring.  He hit a suicide dive before sending him back into the ring.  He locked in the cross-arm choke, but Cage reversed that into a choke of his own.  He slammed Shelley down to the mat, but Shelley came back with a spinning heel-kick.  He went for the pin, but Cage kicked out.  Cage hit a shoulder-block before going to the top turnbuckle and hit a diving cross-body.  He went for the pin, but Shelley kicked out.  He hit the Derailer (again, I don’t know the proper title of the move) and the pin, but Shelley, once again, kicked out.  He hit several right hands, but Shelley hit the enziguri, followed by the dropkick to the head of Cage.  Cage hit an uppercut and the pin, but Shelley kicked out.  Shelley kicked Cage in the stomach and went for the Sliced Bread #2, but Cage countered that into the Unprettier for the victory!

Winner by pinfall: Christian Cage

He grabbed the microphone and told Abyss that he is only ten days away from getting his ass kicked and only ten days away from getting his championship back.  He dropped the microphone, went backstage, and iMPACT! went off the air!
