Linebacker Mike O’Shea of the Argonauts is the top Canadian and Alouettes kicker Damon Duval gets the special teams nod in the CFL Players of the Week announcement Wednesday.

Calvillo passed for 293 yards, scored two touchdowns and ran for 23 yards in a 33-10 win over Hamilton; Middlebrooks had a game high nine tackles and caught a last minute interception in the fourth quarter during a 23-16 win over Winnipeg; O’Shea had five tackles and one sack in his season debut, moving into second on the CFL’s all-time defensive tackles list with 1,088; Duval was a perfect four-for-four on field goals and three-for-three on converts and led the game with 15 points while punting five times with a 44 yard average.
