Calvillo passed for 293 yards, scored two touchdowns and ran for 23
yards in a 33-10 win over Hamilton; Middlebrooks had a game high nine
tackles and caught a last minute interception in the fourth quarter
during a 23-16 win over Winnipeg; O’Shea had five tackles and one sack
in his season debut, moving into second on the CFL’s all-time defensive tackles list with 1,088; Duval was a perfect four-for-four on field goals and three-for-three on converts and led the game with 15 points while punting five times with a 44 yard average.
